granndad, miss you MORE every day...

This man taught me lots of things
When I was only small
How to wield a cricket bat
And how to catch a ball

He was the one who nurtured me
Inspired me to thrive
He taught me how to ride a bike
Much later how to drive

He’d sit with me and read
Explaining many things
And so I came to understand
The joy that books can bring

He walked with me down leafy lanes
We would talk for hours on end
At one time I would even say
That he was my best friend

He told me many a story
A moral there within
I learned so very much
So very much from him

I remember as I grew
He was my inspiration
My Granddad who had helped me
Develop my imagination

And so I thank you Granddad
As I say goodbye to you
I’ll remember you with love
Till we meet again we two

my dearest granddad...

my very fond memories, i will carry forever, my special granddad, i will forget you never. may you now rest in peace, in the heavens above, you will be sadly missed, but forever loved, all that is left is for me to say, goodbye for now, until we meet again one day.

missing you gets harder everyday, its hard, nowing your not going to be here whilst i grow into a young woman.
i miss you granddad + my love i have for you will never stop, i hope your looking after yourself up there, not getting yourself in to any trouble, haha.

please do you know the number for heaven up above i want to make a call to someone that i love,telephone directories enquiries,oh yes i have tried them all,i even asked the local priest because he talks to god you see i thought he,d have a direct line but he was no help to me,i tried the yellow pages but nothing seem to fit i just want to talk to you for just a little bit, love theresa xxx
